What Is Wagering?
Wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover) specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings. This standard industry practice prevents bonus abuse whilst allowing genuine players to enjoy extended gameplay and real winning opportunities.
Practical Example
Your Deposit:
€100
Bonus Received (100%):
€100
Combined Amount:
€200
Wagering Multiplier:
30x
Total Wagering Required:
€6,000
You need to place €6,000 worth of bets before you can withdraw. If you bet €5 per spin, that's 1,200 spins. Most players complete this naturally through regular gameplay.
How Wagering Is Calculated
For the Welcome Package, wagering applies to both your deposit and the bonus amount combined, multiplied by 30. For the Highroller Bonus, only the bonus amount is wagered (not your deposit), multiplied by 30. Free Spins winnings carry a 35x wagering requirement on the winnings amount only, with a maximum withdrawal cap of €50.
Which Games Count Towards Wagering
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. This prevents players from using low-risk strategies on table games to clear bonuses with minimal risk.
Card Games (Blackjack, Poker)
5%
Excluded Slots (See Terms)
0%
Example: If you bet €100 on slots, €100 counts towards wagering. If you bet €100 on blackjack, only €5 counts. Live dealer games and excluded slots do not contribute at all.
Wagering Timeframes
You have 7 days to complete wagering for the Welcome Package bonuses. The Highroller Bonus expires after 3 days. Free Spins must be activated within 3 days of crediting, used within 7 days of activation, and winnings wagered within 7 days. If you fail to meet requirements within the timeframe, all bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
Maximum Bet Limits During Wagering
Whilst wagering any bonus, you cannot bet more than €5 per spin or hand. This limit applies to all bet types including bonus buys within games and doubled bets after game rounds. Exceeding this limit may void your bonus and winnings. This rule prevents players from making large bets with bonus funds to quickly meet wagering whilst risking minimal personal funds.
Maximum Winnings from Bonuses
Winnings from bonus funds are capped at 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a €100 bonus, the maximum you can win from it is €1,000. Any winnings above this cap are removed when wagering is completed. Free Spins have a fixed maximum win of €50 regardless of the number of spins or bonus amount.
How to Cancel a Bonus
You can cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Cancelling forfeits all bonus funds and any winnings generated whilst the bonus was active. Your original deposit (if not yet wagered) remains in your account. Once cancelled, bonuses cannot be reinstated. This option is useful if you want to withdraw your deposit before completing wagering, though you'll lose the bonus value.
Withdrawing Before Wagering Completion
If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, your bonus and all winnings from it are automatically voided. Only your remaining real money balance (if any) is paid out. The platform tracks your real money and bonus money separately—real money is always used first during gameplay, so you'll know exactly what portion is withdrawable.
